POWERfood 3.0 – Food for predators
DESCRIPTION OF THE PRODUCT

- Bag with 5 L of prey mites
POWERfood 3.0 is a unique patented diet developed by Agrobío to feed the three main groups of biological control predators. This enriched formulation is based on astigmatid mites used as a food source for phytoseiid predatory mites.
The product is available in two versions:
- POWERfood 3.0: Enriched food composed of specific prey mites for phytoseiid predatory mites (A. swirskii, T. montdorensis, A. cucumeris and A. andersoni), mirid bugs (Nesidiocoris tenuis) and anthocorid bugs (Orius laevigatus).
- POWERfood 3.0 – M: Enriched food composed of specific prey mites specially formulated for mechanical application (Agrobío Biospreader).
RECOMMENDED DOSE
Depending on the crop, the recommended dose may vary between 10 and 50 litres per hectare.

RECOMMENDED CROPS
Suitable for a wide range of vegetable, ornamental and fruit crops.
USE
Before opening the container inside the crop, place it horizontally and gently rotate it to ensure a homogeneous mixture of the contents.
The product can be applied manually or using equipment adapted for mite distribution. For manual application, distribute small amounts directly onto the leaves.

PRESERVATION
Store the bottle or bag horizontally at a temperature of 14–18 ºC and maintain the cold chain throughout transport and storage.
Store for a maximum of 48 hours after receipt. Do not expose to direct sunlight and keep away from pesticide residues.
