Due to the difficult health emergency situation the world is experiencing, in AGROBIO we follow the guidelines recommended by the authorities to collaborate in the control of the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.
We are committed to people and the strategic food sector, that is why we have adapted our work processes to protect the health of our employees and customers. We will continue with normal production levels, guaranteeing product availability and continuity of deliveries, always in accordance with the regulations decreed in each territory.
All our staff is aware of the measures taken. We have reinforced compliance with the regulations on good hygiene and handling practices, and we have also established special protocols for the production, dispatch and reception of goods in a safe manner.
We have provided the offices and technical sales staff with the necessary resources to carry out their activities by means of teleworking, using the usual means of communication. Although we have suspended business trips, visits and face-to-face meetings, we have enabled a videoconference channel. In order to continue with the technical advice service, we will keep in touch by telephone and e-mail communication to guarantee attention to professionals in the sector.
We will closely follow the news so that our services are not affected, maintaining close communication with our suppliers, distributors, transporters and health services. We are at your disposal for any questions or updates.
